A queer instagram x real-life experience founded in white space, duplication, and street art.

@voterubyforpresident was founded in an attempt to provide simultaneous joy and confusion to those who encounter the project.  

I centered the work around the creation of strange user experience, that would hopefully go something like this:

1. What is this sticker? Why is this person painted in green?

2. Is this linked to an Instagram account?

3. Could this be a presidency campaign? 

4. What is going on here? Why does the Instagram feed look like this?

5. Am I more intrigued? Or confused? Should I like these posts? Or follow this account? Or do nothing more...?

I wanted to create an project that would generate a randomly but easily accessible archive of images - producing a tunnel from the real to the digital world.
