A performance piece exploring the strange experience of severe traumatic brain injury.

In September 2022 I was involved in a serious skateboarding accident, resulting in a traumatic brain injury. Less than two months later, I was in a bad car crash, as our car hit a deer on the highway and totalled.

My brain, specifically memory and recall abilities, have been badly impacted through both of these accidents. This piece seeks to examine the strangeness of my suddenly warped experience of the world as I begin to recover from these accidents - documenting my experience both for the sake of my own memory and to help to convey this trauma to others through a visual medium.
